How do I apply for a Señor’s Tours Trip?

Please fill out the application form under the Application tab in the navigation bar and wait until we contact you within 1-2 business days.  After you receive confirmation from us that you are accepted into the program, you will pay the $600 airfare deposit.  Your application is complete at that point. Once we receive both your online application and your deposit, your spot will be held and you will receive a contract and further instructions pertinent to your specific trip.

I am a parent, can I come?

Our space is very limited on our trips, however, we are inviting mothers on our Doce Cenotes trip. 

When should I get my passport?

It is very important that you apply for your passport as soon as you commit to one of our student trips.  In the past, passports have taken 4-6 weeks. 

When is my tuition due?  Is there a payment schedule?

Airfare Deposit: $600 (pay when accepted into program)

November 1: Pay in full -OR- Monthly payments begin 

Before February 1, all trip fees less the $600 deposit are refundable.  Between February 1 and May 1, any amount paid over half the balance is refundable.  After May 1, the entire trip fees paid are non-refundable. 

I have dietary/allergies/medical needs.  Can I still attend?

Absolutely! We often have participants with dietary or other medical needs successfully attend Señor’s Tours.  Feel free to reach out with any specific questions.
